Silver Point

Deck Construction & Remodeling in Pasadena, Glendale & Los Angeles, CA

Silverpoint Remodeling Inc. builds and remodels decks for homeowners in Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Santa Clarita and across Los Angeles. Hillside lots, sloped yards and second-story living spaces make decks a practical way to add outdoor room, and we build them with proper footings, framing, flashing and railings.

Decks Built for Safety, Views and Years of Use

A deck carries people, furniture and sometimes a hot tub, often several feet above the ground. We build to current code with engineered footings, correct joist spans, approved connectors, flashed ledgers and railings that meet height and load requirements. For existing decks we inspect the structure, replace rotted or undersized members and resurface with wood or composite decking.

Frequently Asked Questions About Deck Construction & Remodeling

Do I need a permit for a deck?

Decks more than 30 inches above grade, attached decks and decks with a roof require a permit in every city we serve. We handle it.

Composite costs more up front but needs little maintenance. Wood is less expensive and looks natural but needs regular sealing. Both can be built well.

After permits, most decks are completed in one to three weeks depending on size, height and railings.
